How to sample and decimate RF frequencies with ADC12J4000
Engineers Ken Chan and Ebenezer Dwobeng demonstrate the capabilities of TI's giga-sampling ADC. They use the ADC12J4000 to sample an input signal of 2.14GHz at 3.76Gsps. The ADC12J4000 features an optional integrated Digital Down Converter with a numerically controlled oscillator. Using these functions they demonstrate the ADC’s ability to decimate the signal to a lower output data rate.
