Body Electronics - Overview

  Automotive customers demand reasonably priced electronic components with the highest levels of quality and reliability. Texas Instruments is committed to helping automotive system designers reduce BOM complexity through higher levels of integration and by providing products that enhance the overall performance, power efficiency and flexibility of automotive body and convenience systems.

The Central Body Controller supervises and controls the functions related to the car body such as lights, windows, door lock and works as a gateway for CAN and LIN networks. TI’s portfolio of products include solutions for power management, signal-chain, interfacing, load drivers, RFID functions and DSP/microcontrollers, all with excellent product documentation and while adhering to the requirements associated with AEC-Q100 and ISO/TS 16949.
