DAC3484 Chip PhotoThe DAC34SH84 can update at 1.5GSPS and consumes just 362mW of power per channel– 50% lower than the closest competitive alternative while running 50% faster. The DAC-34SH84 is available in a 12mm x 12mm 196-ball BGA package. The 1.25GSPS DAC3484 is 25% faster, 40% smaller and 65% lower power than the next fastest 4-channel DAC in its class and consumes just 250mW of power per channel. The DAC3484 is available in a 9mm x 9mm 88-pin multi-row package.
