The XIO2000A PCI Express bridge chip from Texas Instruments is a first in the industry. It is designed for seamless migration on your card from the legacy PCI to the PCI Express interface (both PCI to PCIe and PCIe to PCI). It bridges a x1 PCI Express bus to a 32-bit, 33-/66-MHz PCI bus capable of supporting up to six PCI devices downstream.
