TM4C123x Series: USB + CAN MCUs

The TM4C123x MCUs integrate ARM's Cortex-M4F CPU with single-precision floating-point core operating up to 80MHz and high-performance analog-to-digital converters while still providing low-power modes that consume as little 1.6 μA. With up to 40 PWM outputs, a generous number of serial communication peripherals, USB OTG, and two CAN controllers, the TM4C123x MCUs provides an excellent baseline for home, building, and industrial applications. The TM4C129x MCUs are the industry’s first ARM Cortex-M4F based MCUs with integrated Ethernet MAC+PHY, enabling customers to create a new class of highly connected products bridging the cloud and amplifying the ever-growing Internet of Things (IoT).
