I ordered a software product, but I did not receive a registration or activation code, and/or the download file is missing. What do I do?

If you purchased a boxed software product (physical shipment), your registration or activation code should be located on the registration card included in the product box.

If you purchased a downloadable product (i.e. no DVD's provided), or a Code Composer Studio Subscription Renewal, your Activation ID should be sent to you in an email within 24 to 48 hours after the order is submitted. Follow activation instructions in that email. If you have issues, please contact ccs_license_file_help@list.ti.com.

If you did not receive the email in the timeframe given above, please check your spam or junk email folder.
