Product Technologies

No matter what voltage you require for your single, dual, or triple gate (1G/2G/3G) applications, TI Little Logic has your solution. Voltage range operating levels from 5.5-V all the way down to sub 1-V Vcc can be utilized with AHC/AHCT (5-V), LVC (3.3-V), the new AUP (3.3-V), and AUC (1.8-V) product families. If your design requires signal switching, then look no further than TI's CBT bus switches and AUC/LVC analog switches. Devices with voltage translation and configurable multiple functions are also available in the TI Little Logic portfolio.

Getting Smaller and Using Less Power

The AUP family is TI's premier solution to the industry's low power needs in battery-powered portable applications. This family ensures a very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range of 0.8-V to 3.6-V, resulting in an increased battery life. This product also maintains excellent signal integrity. This AUP family of devices is fully specified for partial-powerdown applications using I_off. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. The latest package released in this family is the μQFN 1 mm², which is the smallest QFN package in TI's Little Logic portfolio.
