32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M3-based Microcontrollers - Stellaris® X00 Series

Stellaris® X00 Series of ARM® Cortex™-M3-based MCUs

800 Class Devices

Featuring 64K bytes of single cycle flash, 8K bytes of single cycle SRAM, and 50 MHz performance, the Stellaris LM3S800 microcontrollers are perfect for embedded control applications requiring sophisticated algorithms, while maintaining a tiny footprint. Analog features in the LM3S800 series include up to 3 analog comparators and up to 8 channels of 10-bit ADC at up to 1M samples per second. Motion control features include up to 6 PWM generators suitable for sophisticated motion control and quadrature encoder input.

600 Class Devices

The Stellaris LM3S600 microcontrollers feature 32K bytes of single cycle flash, 8K bytes of single cycle SRAM, and 50 MHz performance. Motion control features in the LM3S600 series include up to 6 PWM generators suitable for sophisticated motion control and quadrature encoder input. Analog features include up to 3 analog comparators and up to 8 channels of 10-bit ADC at up to 1M samples per second.

300 Class Devices

The Stellaris LM3S300 microcontrollers feature 16K bytes of single cycle flash and up to 4K bytes of single cycle SRAM in speeds up to 25 MHz. Also included are up to 6 PWM generators suitable for motion control. Analog features include up to 3 analog comparators and up to 8 channels of 10-bit ADC at up to 500K samples per second.

100 Class Devices

Featuring 8K bytes of single cycle flash, 2K bytes of single cycle SRAM, analog comparators and 20 MHz of performance in a cost-effective 48-pin LQFP and 48-pin QFN package, the entry level Stellaris LM3S100 series microcontrollers are perfect for basic embedded applications and 8-/16-bit upgrades.
