How to fix: When I attempt to synchronize using Intellisync, Avigo, and my Lotus Organizer 97 database, the error "Synchronization could not be completed: Unable to establish connection to the handheld device." (Internal Error #500 or Internal Error #507) occurs?
This error will occur if Intellisync for Avigo loses its connection with the handheld while attempting to read entries or if it is unable to begin a conection at all. If the message "Internal Error #507" is listed under File/View Log in Intellisync, this means that a low battery condition exists on the handheld.
To correct this problem, you will need to change Avigo's batteries. If the message "Internal Error #500 is listed under File/View Log in Intellisync, this means that something has gone wrong during the serial communications process.
