I am receiving errors when trying to import/export Excel or Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet data between Avigo. How can I correct this?

You are probably receiving "Cannot Open File" or "File Does Not Contain Data" errors. Your first action should be to make sure that the file you are trying to work with is not already open in your spreadsheet program.

If that doesn't work, try re-installing the Avigo Manager software.

If this is not successful in solving the problem, you may need to install the Windows 95 Service Pack. This can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com.
