3-V 4-ppm/°C, 100-µA 6-pin SOT-23 series (bandgap) voltage reference

REF3230 is not recommended for new designs
Although this product continues to be in production to support previous designs, we don't recommend it for new designs. Consider one of these alternates:
open-in-new Compare alternates
Drop-in replacement with upgraded functionality to the compared device
REF3430 ACTIVE 3-V, low-drift, low-power, small-footprint series voltage reference This is an upgraded version of the REF3233 with lower drift over temperature and lower noise.

The REF32xx is a very low drift, micropower, low-dropout, precision voltage reference family available in the tiny SOT23-6 package.

The small size and low power consumption (120&micr;A max) of the REF32xx make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. This reference is stable with any capacitive load.

The REF32xx can be operated from a supply as low as 5mV above the output voltage, under no load conditions. All models are specified for the wide temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
