Automatic identification distributor expands TI's RFID national sales effort

Texas Instruments Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Systems today announced it has named Dynasys Technologies Inc., as an authorized distributor of TI-RFid™ products.  Under the terms of the agreement, Dynasys has added TI's RFID devices to their extensive line of automatic identification and data collection products distributed throughout the United States.

Texas Instruments RFID Systems offers a comprehensive range of RFID products and technology, from transponders and inlays for smart labels to readers, antennas, software and application support. Texas Instruments' RFID technology is a proven object tracking and automated data collection solution with more than 100 million tags in use.

Texas Instruments RFID Systems offers both low and high frequency battery-free systems as well as LUHF battery-powered systems that can be read over longer distances.

RFID automatically collects information about a product, place, time or transaction quickly, easily and without human error.  It provides a data link, without the need for line of sight or concerns about harsh or dirty environments that restrict other auto ID technologies. TI's RFID technology is used for vehicle and personnel access control, automotive security, product and asset tracking, customer loyalty programs, sports timing, livestock identification, document management and supply chain automation.
