Order History and Status
To check that status of an active order that was placed using your myTI account, log into the TI store and navigate to the “Order Status” menu option (see screen capture below). This will take you to a summary page of all of your orders. Click the “View Order” button to see the details of your order.
If your order was placed by a TI customer support agent, you will need to enter a request in the TI store customer support form for your order status.
Use the same instructions as checking on an active order (see above). You may also view your order history in the myTI account screen.
