Description

The ADCRF2LA is an adapter board which is designed to connect signals between the HPC FMC connector on the ADC12D1800RFRB and ADC12D1600RFRB to an Agilent logic analyzer. This allows the user to achieve a large capture depth, which is the logic analyzer?s capture depth. In most cases, this will be greater than 32M. Both the FMC connector as well as the Agilent probes are designed for high speed, and all bits from the ADC may be captured at full speed.

Some examples of high-speed modules, which may be used to capture the data are 16760A (obsolete) and 16962A. Some examples of mainframes for these modules are the 16700 series (obsolete) and the 16900 series. The Agilent E5379A probes are designed to be compatible with the ADCRF2LA board.
