Description

The PMP10563 reference design is a single output isolated Fly-Buck power supply for Medical applications. It takes 12V nominal input and provides 5.6V 0.12A output. The minmum input voltage can go down to 6V. The design features the LM5160 synchronous buck converter configured as a Fly-Buck regulator. With the benefit of primary side regulation, the power supply can sustain 4000Vac isolation voltage between primary and secondary. At the same time, it can control secondary voltage changes of ±5%.
