Description

The PMP10654 reference design is a dual isolated outputs Fly-Buck power module for single IGBT driver bias. The two voltage rails are suitable for providing the positive and negative bias to an IGBT gate driver in motor drives for EV/HEV and industrial applications.

  • Dual isolated outputs, +15V/-9V @ 200mA, 4.8W power, ideal bias supply for single IGBT gate driver
  • Miniature power module design, standard DIP footprint
  • +/-5% cross regulation, 87% peak efficiency
  • 8V to 20V input range, suitable for 12V battery input
  • LM5160 wide input 65V, 1.5A sync buck / Fly-Buck regulator
  • The reference board is tested, and the test report and design files are included
