Description

This reference design is a 120Vac to 17V flyback converter with synchronous rectification on the secondary side. The lossless passive clamp on the primary side helps this reference design achieve efficiency over 93% at maximum load.  When combined with PMP20172 this reference design makes a complete solution for a 36W USB Type-C dual port solution.
