Overview

This 6.5V @ 2.5A SEPIC converter is designed to operate over a very wide input voltage range. After initial power up at 6V input, the converter can operate down to 4.5V input by implementing a voltage doubler for to provide bias power. It requires minimal component count, a small PCB area and offers very good efficiency.
