A high voltage integrated-FET Buck converter is used to supply 200mA constant current to LEDs. The output voltage can range between 15V and 24V. An open-string protection circuit clamps the output voltage to stay always below 34V. The input voltage range is 184AVC to 270VAC.

  • Simple integrated HV-FET (700V) buck drives up to 8 high-brightness LEDs
  • Very small solution (31mm x 38.3mm), suitable for several applications
  • Non-isolated constant current source with over-voltage protection
  • Short circuit protection
