Description

The PMP30165 reference design is an inverting Fly-Buck-Boost Converter using the LM5160-Q1 to generate 3 isolated output voltages. The reference design accepts an input voltage of 10V to 14V. The LM5160-Q1 device is a 65V, 2-A synchronous step-down converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The constant on-time control requires no loop compensation. The converter can regulate the secondary side outputs without an opto-coupler and is capable of achieving good cross regulation.
