Description

This 5V2A charger solution is fully tested and passes EMI and EMC (CE) requirements. It implements a high efficiency primary side controller UCC28703. This design meet COC V5 Tier2 specification and measures 47mmX34mmX15mm and has been thermally characterized. A low cost EE16C general transformer is used.

  • Fully tested to comply with EMC(CE) requirement
  • <75mW standby power at 115Vac and 230Vac
  • High 4-point average efficiency above 80%, 76.95% efficiency at 10% load (meet COC V5 Tier2)
  • Good thermal performance with low component count
  • Small form factor: 47mm x 34mm x 15mm
  • Fast start up (<1.1S) with low inrush current (<2.2A)
