Description

The PMP5136 reference design uses the TPS54292 to generate 3.3V/1A and 1.8V/1A from a 5V input source. The electrical components on this compact design consume less than 1/3 of an inch of board space on a single-sided PCB. The 1.8V switcher has a peak efficiency of over 89%, while the peak efficiency of the 3.3V switcher is over 94%.
