Description

This reference evaluation module is an example of complete power-trees inside a set-top-box.
It performs an AC-DC conversion, then, DC-DC conversions for 1.2V/1.8V/2.5V/3.3V/5V rails.

Features
  • Provides ready to copy complete power solution for a Set Top Box application
  • AC/DC provides isolated 12V for all down stream DC/DC conversion
  • AC/DC converter achieves over 85% efficiency at full load
  • All DC/DC rails provide individual enable and power-good functionalities
  • Very compact and cost effective 2-layer PCB design
  • This design is tested and ready to be used in any Set Top Box design
