Description

12VIN Intel Atom E6xx (Tunnel Creek) CPU Core Power Design for Industrial PCs; this design enables a small CPU core regulator power supply area and excellent thermal performance, one of they key design requirements of COM express modules and single board computers used in industrial automation and process control.

Features
  • Differential voltage and current sense for tight voltage and current sense accuracy, and tight regulation irrespective of PCB placement     
  • Discrete high-side and low-Side CSD14xxx NexFETs enable output current scalability to 14A TDC         
  • Settings for evaluating all Intel IMVP6+ CPU core voltage regulator functions    
  • On-board load transient generator for easy evaluation    
  • Only 2x330uF bulk cap and 10x10uF MLCC output capacitors required               
  • Max case temperature 75° C (10A load)
