The PMP6924 reference design is a compact single 60A POL solution with PMBus in 0.7" by 0.95" size (17.8mm x24.1mm). It showcases NexFET power block CSD87350Q5D in high density PoL. It also has excellent thermal performance. It is suitable for PMBus-equipped high current applications with size constraints.
