Description

The PMP7396 reference design uses TPS54620 to power a Synchronous Inverter. Both FETs are internal to the TPS54620. This can replace older designs with external FETs. Electrical and Thermal test results shown for 3-3.6Vin -5.2Vout at up to 1.8A. An on board dynamic load allows rapid load transients to be tested. The REG710 charge pump provides the needed 5V bias to run the TPS54620.
