'120VAC Input, 5V/2A Primary-Side Regulated Flyback

PMP8477

Design files

Overview

The PMP8477 reference design uses the UCC28700 primary-side regulated flyback controller to generate a 5V/2A output from a standard 120VAC input. The valley switching of the UCC28700 allows this low-cost design to achieve a maximum load efficiency over 80% and has no-load losses of approximately 50mW.

Output voltage options PMP8477.1
