Description

The PMP9559 reference design is a compact dual 5.5A POL solution with PMBus in 0.65" by 0.90" size. It showcases CSD87381P power block II with high efficiency and excellent thermal performnce. It has programmable frequency, soft-start, external compensation, adjustable current limit and OCP/OVP/OTP features. It also adds PMBus capability to low current rails.  It is suitable for digital high density low-current power rails (<11A).

  • Compact dual 5.5A PoL  in 0.65" by 0.90" size (16.5mm x22.9mm)
  • High efficiency 94.4% at 5V/6A, 300kHz
  • Excellent thermal performance by utilizing double-side cooled NexFET Power Block II
  • Full-feature dual  supply  with PMBus (0.6V~5V output). Option for single 11A rail.
  • This design is optimized for size and efficiency.
  • This design is fully tested.
