Overview

The TPS56C215EVM-762 is designed to help the user easily evaluate and test the operation and functionality of the TPS56C215 buck converter. The EVM converts a 3.8-V to 17-V input voltage to a regulated 1.2-V output voltage that delivers up to 12 A in a 3.5-mm x 3.5-mm QFN package. This board includes a jumper for easy selection of the enable function and has test points for convient probing of critical waveforms.

  • Selectable forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) or eco-mode
  • 1%, 600-mV reference voltage enables tight output voltage regulation accuracy over full operating temperature range
