Overview

The ADS52J65 evaluation module (EVM) is a platform to evaluate the ADS52J65 device and its features. ADS52J65 is designed to operate at low power and provide very-high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance with 2-Vpp full-scale input. The device has advanced digital features including a digital I/Q demodulator with a fractional decimation filter. The analog-to-digital converter (ADC) data from each channel is encoded using an 8b to 10b format, and is sent as a serializer/deserializer (SerDes) data stream using current-mode logic (CML) output buffers per the JESD204B standard.
