Cart Description
The ADS5440EVM is a circuit board which allows the designer to run an evaluation of Texas Instruments ADS5440 device, a 13 bit 210 MSPS ADC. The ADC features and LVDS output which can be directly captured using either an Agilent E5405A or Tektronix P6980 touchless probe. Alternatively, the EVM provides an LVDS to CMOS translation buffer such that a broad range of logic analyzers may be used to capture the data.
