Description
The ADS7861EVM uses a circuit board titled ADS78-8361EVM that will evaluate both the ADS7861 and the ADS8361 ADCs, 12-bit and 16-bit devices respectively. The ADS7861 operates from 5 volts for AVdd & DVdd while the ADS8361 operates from 2.7V to 3.6V for AVdd & DVdd. The evaluation board has a 500 kSPS, 12-bit/16-bit serial output. The analog inputs can be configured single-ended or differential. Finally the module has two added features: a built in reference and a high-speed serial interface.
