Description
Physical phenomena are increasingly being monitored by wireless sensor networks (WSN), to alert the end-user or end-equipment of abnormal environmental conditions, including temperature, air or water quality. With the rising need for power-efficient signal processing and communication for industrial medical, and consumer applications, there is a demand for smaller-scaled WSNs at lower cost.
Texas Instruments’ Wireless Universal Gas Sensing Platform is a reference design that is highly flexible, supporting a variety of electrochemical gas sensors with a configurable interface for Bluetooth® Low Energy, Zigbee RF4CE, 6LoWPAN or ANT. This complete solution combines TI technologies to provide the smallest size, lowest power, lowest cost, and most flexible gas sensing solution.
