LM3263EVM - step down DC/DC Converter with MIPI® RFFE Interface Evaluation Module

The LM3263 evaluation module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the performance of a RF step-down DC/DC converter with MIPI® RF Front-End Control Interface for multi-mode multi-band RF Power Amplifiers.

Features

The device will operate under the following conditions:

  • MIPI® RFFE Digital Control interface
  • Operates from a single Li-Ion cell: 2.7V to 5.5V
  • Dynamically adjustable output voltage: 0.4V to 3.6V
  • 2.5A maximum load capability in PWM mode
  • Automatic PWM/PFM/Bypass mode change
