Description

This integrated FET boost converter supplies 11V @ 1.2A from a 6V - 8.4V input (2S Li-Ion battery). The converter was optimized to provide high efficiency and low cost in a compact size for applications such as portable radios.

Features
  • Low cost, small area, integrated FET design
  • Very good efficiency (93.5% at 50% load, 92.5% at full load)
  • Low profile (1.5mm max height)
  • 1.2MHz switching frequency
