PMP15032

Design files

Overview

PMP15032 demonstrates the operation and performance of the LM5140-Q1 synchronous buck controller in a high current dual-phase application. The PMP15032 operates over the input voltage range of 5.5 to 42V. The EVM provides a 5.0V output with a maximum load current of 45A (22.5A per phase).  The LM5140-Q1 switching frequency is set to 440 kHz to minimize switching losses and obtain maximum efficiency.

Features
  • 5.5V to 42VIN, 5VOUT @ 45A, 22.5A per phase
  • 93.54% efficiency
  • Solution size: 2.5 inch x 3.8 inch maximum component height: 0.25 inch
