Overview

The PMP20721 reference design uses the TPS53513 to demonstrate a pseudo differential remote sense control. This is highly valuable for low voltage, high current rails that provide core power to processors. With differential remote sense, the I-R loss is also minimized. The design uses a typical 12V input and outputs 0.9V @ 6A. It has a top efficiency of 82.15% and has excellent thermal and EMI performance with little noise.
