Description

This reference design uses TI multi-transformer LLC controller UCC25710 and transition mode PFC controller UCC28810 to develop a 100W four strings with 500mA per string output for general LED lighting driver. The key benefits for this solution are high efficiency, high power factor and good current matching. Meanwhile, the reference design uses innovative self start up circuit to supply Vcc on the primary side (UCC28810) and secondary side (UCC25710), and it does not use any auxilary Flyback to power main controllers. The application can be used in general LED lighting such as street light and commercial light.
