Description

The PMP5195 reference design generates an isolated 5V at 60W. This design uses the UCC28610 quasi-resonant flyback controller in conjunction with current-transformer-driven synchronous rectifiers to provide good efficiency at heavy loads while maintaining low power consumption at light loads. The maximum load efficiency is over 90%, and the no load losses are less than 200mW when powered from a 400VDC input voltage.
