The THS1408EVM (evaluation module) provides a platform for evaluating the THS1408 analog-to-digital converter. Similar tools can be found for evaluating the following ADCs: THS1401, THS14F01, THS1403 and THS14F03. Use this board to evaluate the THS1408 under various signal, reference, and supply conditions.
Need For Use: A function generator and +3.3-V supply. See User's Manual for additional information.
