The THS9001 evaluation module (EVM) User's Guide is included within the Datasheet.
The THS9001EVM provides a platform for evaluating the THS9001 medium power, cascadeable, gain block amplifier. The user needs only power, input signal, and test instrument to operate the EVM.
Applications:
- TDMA: GSM, IS-136, EDGE/UWE-136
- CDMA: IS-95, UMTS, CDMA2000
- Wireless Local Loop
- Wireless LAN: IEEE802.11
Features
- Fixed gain of 15.5dB amplifier
- SMA connectors on input and output ports
- 50 ohm input and output impedance matching
- Supply voltage range of +2.7V to +5V
- Banana jack power supply connectors
