The THS9001 evaluation module (EVM) User's Guide is included within the Datasheet.

The THS9001EVM provides a platform for evaluating the THS9001 medium power, cascadeable, gain block amplifier. The user needs only power, input signal, and test instrument to operate the EVM.

Applications:

  • TDMA: GSM, IS-136, EDGE/UWE-136
  • CDMA: IS-95, UMTS, CDMA2000
  • Wireless Local Loop
  • Wireless LAN: IEEE802.11

Features
  • Fixed gain of 15.5dB amplifier
  • SMA connectors on input and output ports
  • 50 ohm input and output impedance matching
  • Supply voltage range of +2.7V to +5V
  • Banana jack power supply connectors
