Description

This reference design provides a power supply solution for NB-IoT (Narrow Band -Internet of Things ) in smart meter with LiSOCl2 Batteries applications. The design is a low standby current, high efficiency solution that will extend battery use time more than 50%.

Features
  • Operating input voltage from 2V to 4V, fixed output voltage is 3.6V, output current is up to 320mA
  • 1μA quiescent current under light load condition
  • About 4 μA standby current at 85℃ under open load conditions
  • Up to 93% efficiency from 10mA to 320mA
  • Extend battery life time by wide input voltage range and high efficiency
  • Simulate NB-IoT load characteristic, which is easy to test
  • A small solution size with the minimum amount of external components
