Overview

The TPS22919 evaluation module (EVM) is an assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS22919 load switch. The TPS22919EVM allows users to apply different input voltages (1.6 V to 5.5 V) under different loading conditions (0 A to 1.5 A) to the TPS22919 device. Parameters such as the on-resistance, rise time, and output pull-down resistance can be easily and accurately evaluated.

  • Input Voltage Range: 1.6 V to 5.5 V
  • Input Current Range: 0 A to 1.5 A
  • Access to the VIN, VOUT, GND, QOD and ON pins
  • Ability to adjust the QOD resistance using on board jumpers
  • VIN and VOUT Sense connections for measuring RON or rise time
