Description

The TPS60140EVM-144 is an evaluation tool for the regulated voltage tripler charge pump TPS60140. The package includes a tested evalutation module (EVM), an EVM user's guide (SLVU023) that contains the schematic, bill of material, components placement, layout and the setup of the EVM. The TPS60140/1 datasheet is also included, but please make sure that you download the latest version from the TI internet.

Features
  • Input voltage: 1.8 V to 3.6 V (typical supply range of two NiCd, NiMH or Alkaline battery cells)
  • Output voltage: 5 V +/- 4 %
  • Maximum output current: 150 mA

With a few changes it can also be used to evaluate the TPS60141.
