The TPS65021EVM-110 is an evaluation tool for the TPS65021 multi-output Power Management IC. It features multiple DC/DC step-down Converters, several LDOs, an I2C interface and is designed to supply processors like the Intel Xscale Bulverde PXA27x series, TI OMAP16xx and OMAP17xx as well as other processors where multiple rails and dynamic voltage scaling are required. Main difference to TPS65020 is LDO output current capabilities.

  • Input Voltage: 2.5 V to 6 V
  • Output Voltage: 0.6 V to 6 V (adj.)
  • DC/DC 1: 1.2 A, buck, up to 97% efficiency
  • DC/DC 2: 1.0 A, buck, up to 95% efficiency
  • DC/DC 3: 0.8 A, buck, up to 90% efficiency
  • LDO 1: 200 mA
  • LDO 2: 200 mA
  • LDO 3: 30 mA
  • Dynamic Voltage Management for Processor core
  • Separate Enable pins for each buck converter
  • I2C compatible interface
  • Available in 40-Pin QFN Package
