Overview

LUXBEAM LITHOGRAPHY SYTEMS (LLS) is a sub system for direct imaging lithography machines including fully automated in-line machines for 24/7 manufacturing. The system comes with a documented interface and on-site support for easy hardware and software integration. Several photo head options are available with the range from 2, 4 and 10 µm line/space for advanced packaging via, 20 µm line/space for PCB lithography, and 30-40 µm dam for solder mask.
