9- to 14-bit resolutions with speeds up to 250MSPS: Very low power and wide operational range
TI's ADS4xxx and ADS58xx product families deliver exceptional single- and multi-channel ADC performance with 9- to 14-bit resolution and market leading power consumption. Featuring dynamic power scaling the ADS4000 family provides 14-bit ADC resolution at 250MSPS for only 265mW, scaling to 100mW at 65MSPS. The ADS4xxx family provides the highest dynamic performance for low power ADCs – up to 72.4 dBFS SNR with 85 dBc SFDR at 170MHz IF. The buffered input versions provide high impedance and flat gain response across bandwidths of over 100MHz; making it ideal for digital pre-distortion feedback loops. With low power consumption and high dynamic performance for input frequencies from base band to beyond 300MHz, the ADS4xxx and ADS58xx families provide an optimal balance of density, performance and power consumption for a wide array of high-speed, wide-bandwidth applications.
