Featured Family of Wide Vin Buck Regulators

The established 100V family of synchronous wide V_IN buck regulators, which include the LM5017/18/19 have now extended their family by introducing the new 48V buck regulators, including the LM25017/18/19. The 48V and 100V synchronous step-down regulators both include integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme employed in all of these devices requires no loop compensation, provides excellent transient response, and enables very low step-down ratios.
