The TPS63020 is the smallest and highest performance 4-A switch buck-boost converter for portable electronics. The device enables high current with high efficiency over an input of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, maintaining excellent light load efficiency.

The 2.4-MHz converter comes in a small 3mm x 4mm x 1mm QFN package, and can achieve a complete DC/DC converter solution less than 100mm² – 60% smaller than competitive solutions.
