All Sensors and Texas Instruments provide a complete sensor / signal path solution for your application. Through TI's WEBENCH Sensor Designer select your All Sensors pressure sensor and the WEBENCH Sensor Designer will provide a solution to drive your sensor and interface your sensor with a micro processor or micro controller. WEBENCH Sensor Designer also provides a prototype solution (based on your the webench design) along with popular All Sensors pressure sensors to expedite your design process.

Step by Step:

Select a sensor:

  • Select from the popular 24PC and 26PC series of silicon pressure sensors and 13mm and 19mm stainless steel pressure sensors.
  • Sort the list by part number, pressure range, nonlinearity, or other parameters.
  • Create a "custom sensor" variation of a standard part to represent using the sensor over a narrower pressure range, or with other parametric variations.

 

Review your design:

  • Based on your selected pressure sensor, an amplifier/data converter circuit is automatically generated.
  • You can change the ADC resolution, the signal-path amplifier and ADC ICs, and other system values.
  • Performance of the design, including gain accuracy and variation with temperature, are available for review.
  • Each panel in this "Design Summary" is a button leading to more detail about the design.

 

Order a "Build-It" kit, and evaluate the design's performance in hardware:

  • Your design is supported by a prototyping board, which can be purchased with a complete bill of materials (including necessary hardware).
  • A USB Interface Dongle can be connected to the prototyping board, for monitoring the operation and output of the ADC in the circuit.
